In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please contact us via contact us page, email or phone available in contact us page of this website.
Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Cancellation request at the mid stage of any service considered as partial cancellation of the service.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients in furure updates in this refund policy.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products or services, they can raise a refund request in writing via email or contact us form.
Refund request will not be valid until we receive it in writing from email of authorized person of the service we have provided.
Client need to provide all order details and official Invoices provided by Skyshine Technologies with company Trademark and Signature of Authorized signatory of Skyshine Technologies. Without Official Invoice, refund request will invalid.
No refund will be approved if Client quit any project in the mid stage. If the Company decided to cancel any project for any reason, then refund request will be accepted and forwarded for investigation.
Refund amount may vary apon the situations and will be decided after investigation.
Every refund request will first go for investigation and approval or rejection of refund request will depend on the investigation team. Refunds can be provided only for valid reasons.
If any Client tries to panalize the Company by submitting fake refund requests without any official Invoice, order ID and details, Skyshine Technologies reserves the right to take any legal action against the client and/or charge panalty to the Client.
For any project, Skyshine Technologies is only responsible for written promises sent by Company from official email. In case of delay in project or termination of any project because of delay in providing/or not providing the necessary data by the client required to complete the project like third party API Integration details, third party account approval details, Client business details, Vedio, Text, Graphics, Any legal document or any other related data not included in developer duties, No refund will be approved.
As Company creating Software only and not owning any third party API or service providers which may include in software while development, So the Company is not responsible for any changes happening in the Software because of any third party policy and other content changes or because of modifications in software made by Client after delivery of the Software. In this case, no refund will be applied.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
If refund approved by Skyshine Technologies, Client will have to wait for refund processing period of minimum 30 days.
